We booked apartment and could use wake-up service, available in it. Had all necessary amenities, a safe box, a hair dryer, and an iron.

I booked an apartment with a storage space, a hair dryer, and an iron. It was newly remodelled, the beds were comfy.

Everything was nice, including efficient staff with a charming helpful and accommodating receptionist. The location was absolutely perfect - adjacent to shopping options and dining options right on the doorstep and the center of Liverpool. Food 

I spend 8 nights in Liverpool lovely. The staff were constantly very polite and truly wonderful. Greatly enjoyed the English breakfast. The location was marvellous and amazing with lovely views. Also, Fact was close 

Spent 3 nights here with my baby, had a lovely stay overall. The service was friendly, including an easy check-in. I could park on site. The location was stunning - adjacent to train stations, local cafés & restaurants and a filthy back 

The hotel had a good position, easy to get to attractions. We enjoyed the English breakfast and the extremely friendly staff.

The setting is stunning and great, just off main street for bars, all major sights, and all the main shops.

Greatly enjoyed the room with a bath, my bed was very comfy. Excellent location just off all shops, pubs, transport, restaurants, sights and live music and all the main shops and liverpool and centre of living space,

Enjoyed this place, it was quiet and pleasant. The personnel was truly wonderful and welcoming. The service was excellent with a friendly check-in.

The location was stunning and lovely, and we could reach Liverpool One Shopping Complex by walking. Some of the staff members were fairly friendly and amicable.
